Violet fire chapter 4 Update! · 7:45pm Jun 3rd, 2012
So I got good news and bad news... That's never a good way to start a post =/
But really, I gotta tell everybody how things stand. Chapter 4 is going to be postponed, that's the bad news. I thought I could finish it this weekend and post it tonight, a rough draft of course, and go editing it throughout the week. But things have been getting ugly IRL. I have an article to write, 3 reports due tomorrow, a presentation to prepare IN ADOBE FLASH (god, I hate that thing) and my final project is being presented on wednesday the 13th and it's not 100% completed. So... yeah, things are ugly on my side. I have to dedicate this week completely to my college stuff. I might not even be able to finish my story for the SALT Colab, which I really, really, REALLY want to participate in.
But wait, there's a bright side! When Cheesesauce, my proofreader and editor, read chapter 4 he loved it so much he said I should polish it as much as possible. He said, and here I quote:
"This scene has so much potential. It can be what turns the story into gold."
Needless to say, that flipped my switch. I struck gold and I thing you guys deserve something well done and polished. So after I present my project on the 13th I'll be pretty much free to do other stuff, AKA writing.
