My first blog ever

hello everyone my name is John, im a new brony and this is my first blog sooo yeah bare with me.

but anyway im going to start writing my fanfic soon just trying to find a starting point but i will give you bronies and pegasisters an idea of what the story is so keep in mind this is my first time writing a story so mistakes will be made and i will ask for help from time to time so help is appreciated.

my Avatar: Shining Valor is an old royal knight that guarded princess celestia & luna when they were young fillys before the Elements of Harmony's creation

but at some point dark forces made an attempt on the princesses lives and Shining Valor gives up his life to save theirs but the magic used on him sends him through time to modern day everfree ruins and is found by twilight and her friends

being hurt badly from defending the princesses he is taken to ponyville to be healed

also i don't have a cutiemark yet so help is welcome
