Writing Longer Stories and What I Learned · 7:35pm Jun 6th, 2014
Here is something that I really should have thought about more. When writing long stories with multiple chapters, it helps to actually outline it thoroughly on where to go, what challenges the characters will face, how they respond to the world around them, and so on. Guess that explains the big, red bar from my last, ill-fated attempt at a larger epic. I'm working on a larger story at the moment, and am actually planning things out instead of just thinking about the beginning and climax. More stuff to add to the ever growing list of what I've learned since I began writing here.
