Okay so I'm writing a short collection of stories in which one of the mane 6, excluding Twi, dies. Now I'm unsure as to who is going to pass on first. I'm going to have Pinkie be the last seeing as how she is a party pony and my plan is for her to throw all her friends one last party just for them before they die. I'll be back after I guesstimate the mane 6's ages.
Ok sooo let's see here. Since all of the mane 6 are all around the same height they probably are around the same age. Also I'm going to do this when they got their cutie marks. So I'd say that if in the MLP:FiM world ponies (mortal ones) live as long as we can, which I like to think they can, then I'd say that from 5-12 is usually the time a pony earns their cutie mark. Buuuuut seeing as how the pony world can also be much like our world I'd say that although this is most likely very rare, they could take up to 14 years. And that's probably pushing it a little. Anywho I'd say that Fluttershy is probably the oldest, then Pinkie, because of lack of maturity I want to do that. Then a tie with Dashie and Rarity. Then Twi and A.J. tie for youngest.

I've always thought of cutie marks as marking the beginning of puberty in ponies. 8-12 is what I would say. My ages are:
