How to become a brony?

I want to be a brony but honestly, I don't know how.

My knowledge of the work is not something you could call deep, I'm going to barely start creating fanfics and I can't draw to save my life and there are so many good things in you tube of true fans that it made me feel a little ashamed of just calling myself this.

I'm 25 and I'm going to start working while studying and trying to save my career after a depression of 4 years that nearly cost me everything. I'm afraid of not passing my semester which mean another year of college and while I know that I don't have it, it scares me that so much stress and anxiety this 4 months made me diabetic (it's not but fear sometimes is irrational).

Could I transform my life, work and study and still be capable of enjoying my little pony? Would it be right? Are there bronies with work and families and responsibilities or is only young students who can made time to enjoy this show?

What is a bronie?
