I will be doing a total re-write of the story! Why? (Oh, my first blog post, by the way!)
There are quite a lot of inaccurate facts. Such as parts of the personality of Parker, to the choice of weaponry, to some of the grammar...
I'm doing it now while the story has only a few chapters. I won't promise that everyone will like the story, as everyone has separate opinions. But, to be truthful, portions of the story are bugging me. I'm also going to be taking some advice from some of the comments on said story.
I'm writing this story because I feel like it's a fun experience. But, I also enjoy having your help and suggestions. I want to mold this story so it'll be fun to write and enjoyable to you all! Also, a lot of you may have been wondering why I don't post chapters all too often. That would be because of school. I'm trying to make sure I get the grades I want. Also, I have work and other things to do. I get free time, but I don't always want to spend it writing. I like to relax like any other person out there. I will have much more free time in the Summer, so expect more chapters to be cooked up nicely and served more often then.
The story may take off at a different pace, depending if you want an Equestria Girls chapter.

I think I might consider making an addon to the story. Like, A Marine in Debt: Equestria Girls
This way, it can be avoided if wanted. That also is a suggestion.
