Proudly announcing Outpost Everfree · 9:46am May 21st, 2012
It is with great pleasure that I can tell you all that Outpost Everfree is currently fourth in the que to be published, meaning it'll be out there by the time most of you read this.
Outpost Everfree is tied into the same world I've Ben building with Collars and Cuffs Tailoring, my the suggestively named entiarly PG story (serves me right for underestimating the Internet dirty mind), but while I'd love it if those of you who havent read it gave it a go it's not required reading.
Outpost Everfree follows the tale of Cloud Storm, a Night Watch pony first introduced in Rock, Paper, Scissors and recently promoted at the end of Pung. Given how surprisingly well Rock, Paper, Scissors was received I thought it would be nice to make a full story based around amusing guard shanigans, we'll soon see what my ability to maintain outright comedy is with this I guess.
So I'd like to thank those of you who read my work, without hearing from you all and your support I would probably have given up after four chapters, not wrapping up my first 14 chapter arc, have two short stories and starting another full blown tale. Don't stop spreading the love, I'm a changeling and need it to live (no realy).
Speaking of wrapping up, those who read Collars and Cuffs will notice that Outpost Everfree starts the Morning after the Garden Party. You won't find and spoilers and I'll wrap it up in C&C soon. Once that's done I'll probably take a break from C&C, write some non-linked independent short stories (always wanted to try a ship fic) and concentrate on the opening chapters of Outpost Everfree. I'll come back to C&C in time, I already know what the next Arc is going to be.
I'd also like to give a shout out to the Author Aegis Sheild for letting me borrow his pony Panzer Hoof. I still can't get over how awesome that is. If you haven't read his Luna's Stories yet go do that, you won't regret a second.
Anyway, much love to you all,
Peace out and Stay Alive.
Ah now I feel silly, it was 40th, not 4th....
So that'll be.....five hours till it's published.
......
Something to look forward to?
