Season 5 Predictions · 2:04am Mar 28th, 2014
I know, I know. Season 4 isn't even done yet and I'm already speculating. A number of my S4 predictions came true, even though some of them were givens.
Anyway, here's what I think will happen in season 5:
Final season (or not)
Will be a 13 episode season (if not, even better)
Better premiere villain
100th episode will be a musical and Weird Al will return along with John De Lancie.
End of CMC arc (if it's the final season)
The locked chest will be forgotten about (if not, there'll be an unreveal at the end of the series finale (if it's the final season))
Trixie will return.
Another new creature will be introduced.
Given predictions:
More Luna and maybe she'll visit Apple Bloom's dreams.
More CMC hijinks.
Some pony will go insane
UPDATE 2014-05-10:
In addition to the aforementioned predictions, I'm also hoping to see more Zecora. She hasn't been seen much this season and her biggest role was in the premiere and briefly appeared in the finale.
I still have a feeling Celestia orchestrated all of the events thus far and maybe she'll be the series finale's big bad. Luna, Cadance and Discord will probably end up battered and unable to stop her, so it'll be up to Twilight and her friends to stop her.
