Seriously though, I've had a lot going on in my life and CiaFoM took a major shift to the backburner.
I think I'll finish it, but the updates will not be very often or regular.
I'm sorry, I hate it when I'm reading a fic and this happens but... I have more important things in my life than ponies at the moment.

Dad in Hospital · 6:43am May 18th, 2012

My dad was in the hospital and had surgery today. Two brain aneurysms.
The surgery went well they say, but we won't know anything for sure until he wakes up. They have him in a medically induced coma right now.
So...

Yeah.

No updates for a little while at any rate. I tried writing on paper and the TV distracted me. I never watch TV, so my mind must be screwy. I feel numb is all really.
It was his birthday yesterday and I called and left a message. He never got it and then was shipped to the hospital.
I feel awful. I'm staying at my dad's place to help my sister with the kids until my step mom comes home. Then I'll be able to go home and visit him. His hospital is closer to my mum's so I'll be able to visit and bug him until he gets out.

TLDR; Dad in hospital, no updates for awhile.
