Blaaaaarrrgggg

For thse I've been in some form of contact with, this may not come as a big surprise, but my life has been all kinds of hectic as of late. Between my phone, apartment, electric, and car payments, I've shelled out a little under $4000 in the last month. It was like the instant I got back from Katsucon, Life said," Had your fun? Well here's a heaping helping of bull dung you have to deal with, so say goodbye to your savings. Oh yeah, there's a good chance you'll have to go to court even after you've payed everything, so there's that.''

So yay. Financial troubles out the wazzoo. Because I grew up poor and learned the habit of saving nearly every penny I earn, I was somewhat prepared to deal with this. Althought , the next few months are going to be kinda rough.

Meanwhile, on the pony side of things, this sudden downturn has wrecked havoc on anything I've tried to work on. The few stories that made it past the drawing board and onto script have been marred to the point that I've had to delete a good chunk of what had written recently due to the fact that, after rereading, all of it didn't fit with the tone of the story in a bad way. Not to mention the fact that I've had to stop myself from ripping into other people's stories because the writer made some mistake. Not in a constructive way, mind you, just pure venting for no particular reason other than to make the other person feel bad about making the mistake. Thankfully, I always stop before posting something like that.

That being said, I plan to take a small break from editing and writing until I can get my life back in order.
