Sever lag for my League of Legends.

So, all day I've been having some lag issues for my favorite game, League of Legends. After I went to eat at Chilies and came back home to get a few wins in, I noticed that my ping was going into the thousands. Now, for those who don't know how ping is supposed to work, 100 ping is good, 50 is awesome, and anything above 200 is causing delays in the game. Now, I was getting anywhere between 1000 and 1500 ping. With that, it's like the game is saying " Hold up, you used a skill? Just gimme a minute, I'll let you use it eventually." Today was not a good day to play League, to sum up this short little rant of mine.
