Another published chapter.

Honestly I think this last one is kinda weak, I brought up a few things in Paperwork that I probably shouldn't have, and had to clear those up. I also think some the dialogue is iffy and some other small complaints, but oh well. The core basis for this was to explain elements that would be used in a fun way, and that is being accomplished in spades. I had actually originally planned for Wildcard to follow through with his plan, but realized how despicable it was, and how additional work would have to be done to make it work. I had to dig myself out of that before I could continue, but I think I can work it in an interesting way on the long term.

However, I did manage to do a few plot related things that are important, so in the end at least there's that. The next chapter will be the penultimate chapter.

What exactly did happen that night? How large is the real scale of the mobilization? How will the ponies respond to this threat? Where do the other 'races' go for training? Where did this gigantic navy come from? What happened thirty years ago? What exactly is in the hanger of the H.M.S Magnificent? What's the deal with the flag?
