I don't know what to do anymore

Depression, cutting, drama, fucking school in general. My best friends turned against me. My girlfriend cheated on me, my parents getting drunk more than usual. Fuck this shit. I am never going to commit suicide but depression isnt that much of a fuckin party. I don't know what to do, I'm left with a single friend. One who i can always talk to. But he's states away. What should i fucking do! SOMEBODY FUCKING TELL ME
