I like how you upgrade Istvan in a way that everybody must block him, plus he can't take damage and you make it so any creatures dies from his strikes. That's a good deck if you have a good hand in the beginning.
A classic (annoying) black deck, but in the sideboard, you should add stuff to prevent effect damage and/or milling because it seems that your deck is perfect for creature damage.
Edit : Maybe throw in one or two elixirs of immortality in the side. For the effect damage... I don't know if there is black counter spells :l
