I'm not even sure what was going through my mind when I put this on paper, if I remember right I just went blabbing along in some chat in a game and it turned into this. Who knows what went through my mind. Warning that this is a bit morbid.
Burning Darkness

I will bring light to the darkness
I will bring the holy shields to the darkness
I will bloody their hearts
My poisons will bleed into their minds
My blade will cut at their soul
They will fear the vengeance of the darkness
The scarab turn their flesh
Their flesh rots in the maul of agony
Smoke rising from the bones
Venom bleeding from thy hand
Twisting, burning, fading
The fan turn and turn and turn
With a tempest of blood flowing
Thy kidney is gouged
Thy head been mutilated
Yet they move on
Even with the light burning the darkness
The darkness' vendetta is not over
And the light will fade
Vanish into nothingness
Until the lightbringer comes again
Make into song
