Did I say ten days? Whoops.

I had to walk like three miles to get to a place I could post this. Not 100% when I'll make it to the new place, but on the plus side with zero distractions from writing (read: spending twelve hours a day with nothing but a computer with no games or internet on it) I'm making some progress on a number of fics that had been back-burner'd. Nothing is ready to post yet, but I'm not dead.

Current fics-being-actively-worked on:

Twilight Sparkle and the Miracle of Love: While Twilight is trying to forget Flash Sentry, Applejack crawls into bed with her. Twilight tries to figure out what, exactly, it is she feels for AJ, while also conducting magical research in the abandoned library of the Castle of the Ancient Pony Sisters. Maybe if she had never found that spell, things could have kept on like this indefinitely. Now, Applejack is pressuring Twilight into making things more serious. Awkwardness and scientific research into the nature of love ensue.

What's Fluttershy's Problem?: Fluttershy wakes up one morning and decides she wants to adopt a foal. After some coaching from Rarity, she works up the courage to go to the orphanage and talk to the matron. Unfortunately, Matron Sternheart suspects Fluttershy isn't everything she seems to be and makes it her mission to find out what exactly makes the sweetest pony in Ponyville tick. The narrative jumps between flashpoints in Fluttershy's history, Fluttershy coaching her friends on what to say, and Sternheart questioning the ponies who have known Fluttershy the longest.

Back Before Harvest: Braeburn left the farm behind and now he wanders the West. He's lost his cousin Mose, but an unlikely string of events led to him finding friends to help him look. His travels define the pony he grows into, and shape his companions as well. Much more adventure-oriented than any story I've written before, and probably the story that's been through the most rewrites. Hopefully I'll have a chapter up by the end of the week, weather and my health permitting.
