Well there was no probable cause and the case may be thrown out. · 6:47am Jan 4th, 2014
Long story short I was in a car wreck because a guy was following to close to me in a snowy intersection. The traffic lights were still on, even though there was a cop directing traffic. I didn't see him waving traffic through, when it was dark he had squad lights blaring, and hundreds of lights and Christmas lights in the town made it hard to see his dinky flashlight.
TL;DR
I have been combating back pain, a wrecked car and the criminal charge of disobeying a police officer. In court today the judge said it will likely be thrown out, but I still have to go to court in Febuary.
I'm back at school now and I should be able to finally get some chapters of something going.
