To all those who found my story and have taken the chance to read it, I must give a huge thank you. Even though I would have finished regardless of the feedback I would have got from it, having so much positive feedback and views was both surprising and heartwarming at the same time, with 83 favorites and a ratio of 75 likes vs 2 dislikes on it. Really, that's far from what I thought I'd get.
As you may have noticed, To Love a Hybrid has now come to its end. When I thought I was only going to cap 20K words on it, I ended up with twice the number I expected, and I can't blame what it has become compared to my original plans.
Also, some of you may have seen me mention something about a bonus chapter to the fic. Well, the bad news is that I won't be making it. HOWEVER, I realized that a bonus chapter wouldn't be enough for what I wanted to include in it, so instead of that, I decided I'd make a side story. Nothing too long, probably four chapters at most.
What will that story be about, you're wondering? I won't spoil the whole thing, but I will give out the four points of focus I'll be working on for this story. First, I want to show how Sapphire's parents met. I also want to talk about our young lamia's birth and childhood. Then, I wanna depict how she lost her parents, which is something that's been mentioned a couple times in my fic and is probably bothering some of you guys =P. And in the end, this fic will show her struggle towards her loss, all the way to the cave we first saw her, connecting with the events of To Love a Hybrid's flashbacks.
On that note, happy holidays to everyone who happens to come across this blog, and expect to see some more stuff from me in the upcoming month. I have no idea how long it's gonna take me, but I promise a first chapter in January at least.
