I have been a little stressed the last few weeks. My girlfriend and I have been talking about getting a place together (a house owned by my aunt we will get at a tremendous discount) and have been trying to find her a job. She finally got a call back and was hired at Walmart (at an amazing 9.35/hr starting pay). Well it was my turn to pick up the slack, since my 80 a week wasn't going to cut it.
I started applying a bunch of different places, and have been frequently checking up on each place, and trying to find new places to apply. Yesterday, my good friend Bill, the manager of our local Gamestop, told me he was going to hire me, and officially put me in the system today. After some car frustrations, I went home to celebrate, but tonight before my celebration was over, I got a call. The hospital had an IT position open which I applied for two days ago. The director of IT Rebecca called and informed me she liked the interview I gave and wanted me to work temp to see if I was a good fit. I asked her when she wanted me to work, and she told me because of my schedule I told her about with my main job, she would let me work Mon-Thur 8-11.
TLDR: I got two extra jobs hire me basically on the same day, I love both, and can keep both, even in addition to my 1-2 day a week job at the computer repair shop!!!!!!
So yeah great news, although this may hinder the stories I have been mulling around in my head. I have two solid ideas to help try and wrap up this insane series I have been cooking up since day one (not counting the finale). So...... I got a question for you guys.....
You might have noticed I have been focusing on one main character at a time. I have story ideas for both Rarity and Fluttershy in the works, but I haven't been able to decide which I want to do fist. Fluttershy's story is going to be pretty humorous with a lot of interesting exploration of the secret lives of many of the ponies around her (think kinda like Discord's Resignation, but with more comedy near the middle and end instead of the beginning). Rarity's story will be more like a continuous rush of off balanced reality (Like Time Dash, but probably with less action and slightly more comedy).
So the question: Which story should I start on when I finally get to work?
It's very nice to hear about your opening careers, and on the thought of the new stories. I rather like Fluttershy, but personally I think the one with Rarity sounds rather nice. Will wait for next time.
