Well, as promised the first chapter of my epic crossover between GI Joe and MLP:FIM is being submitted. With any amount of luck, you'll be able to read it in the next couple of hours. To all those who read and commented on my first ever fanfic, Bad Roll Of The Dice, this ones for you. You guys are awesome! Seriously, I now have five followers, and my story garnered 23 likes to only 4 dislikes. I realize that in the world of fan fiction writers, I'm beyond small fry. To quote a certain movie "There's rocks, there's whale poop, and then there's you". But dang it, I'm just happy that my story got the positive views it did. I may only have five followers, but by golly their MY five followers! I only hope that I can continue to write, and the day may even come where I earn a spot on the featured list.
Speaking of my first story, go check it out. I inserted the song I listened to that inspired that tale in the first place. Also while on the subject of music, I first conceived of the idea for a GI Joe/MLP crossover when listening to this guy; Listen
It just made me picture an epic new cartoon series, where we first see the idyllic life of Equestria, followed by the invasion of Cobra and the following butkicking brought down by the combined GI Joe team and Elements of Harmony. Seriously, can you imagine Rainbow Dash punching Cobra Commander in the face?! TOTAL EPICNESS!!! Sorry, I think I may have nerdgasmed a little bit.
First, new story continuing off of your one-shot in a couple of hours? ...it's Saturday night. Who needs sleep?
