Nothing at all. No interviews yet, and the lack of privacy and personal space at the shelter is literally driving me crazy.
Work's cut my hours (and everyone else's) by more than half, despite it being peak season. This has the dual effect of me not making as much money and the work shifts I do have being much more stressful and tiring. Combine this with a recurring headache and a worsening case of allergies, and I'm generally faring poorly.
On top of this, a quilt of mine and a pillow of mine disappeared from my room's closet in the shelter. This means I'm even more worried about my stuff getting stolen.
I've gotten a lot of support from a lot of people recently, which is nice. Thanks everyone.
Anyways, I figured I'd give y'all a status update on my situation, even if there was really nothing to tell.
Hang in there, man. Keep on keepin' on. Things will turn around eventually. I hope things get better for you soon! If you were in my area, I'd totally give you a big hug and some chocolate.
