A happy, yet somber Remembrance day to you all. At least it is here in Canada, both my Grandparents were active in World War two (Rest in Peace).
So for them and every veteran, currently enlisted man and woman (I'm looking at you Lucky424 and Sarah-tang, and any and every other military bronie out there.) I salute you, thank you for all you do.
(I know its just Canada sorry it was the best I could find.)
Oh and I hope to have the epilogue done and posted by sometime today.
Yay, I got mentioned!! But yeah, we should never forget the sacrifices made to ensure our freedom, whether today or almost a hundred years ago.
On a side note, I went on a remembrance parade to a place called St Omer in France. It's known as the 'birthplace of the RAF', because that's where Sir Hugh Trenchard had his idea of a independent Air Force. It's near a place called Vimmy Ridge, which we visited.
What's the significance, you may ask? Well, I noticed that you're either in or from Canada. Vimmy Ridge is where the four divisions of Canadian Expeditionary Force fought in The Great War together for the first time, along with a British division, against 20 German divisions, plus reserves. Technically, it is in Canada, as the French government gave the land around there to the country.
To all the men and women fighting to keep us safe I Thank You, Keep strong.
