Just for you all, here's how long the rest of Flight From Memories will be, at the minimum.
This means at least four more weeks of Flight From Memories, then it's off to Recurring Memories! As I type this, I am putting the finishing touches on 2.10, with knowledge on how 2.11 is going to end. I just have to bridge the paths between the two with something interesting and not out of character for our protagonists.
I'm way past the original ending of this story. It ended with Celestia's death at the end of Memories of a Lost Time, and Twilight and Streak getting together. During the six month hiatus this story took last winter, I completely rewrote everything, and have been using that since, with some minor (read: completely story changing) changes, such as Star and the romance with Rainbow that were added on the fly.
By the end of the saga, I will have killed multiple characters. This counts characters killed in the first two books. Some I couldn't kill anyone else because of the way the story turned out, while some die because I'm a heartless bastard.
I need to read some shit by this awesome bastard.
I'll bring a goddamn notebook and fill it on on how to break readers' hearts.

EDIT: I have plans for every single antagonist, so they don't count as character deaths. FYI

It will be a sequel to Flight From Memories just like FFM was a sequel to Memories of a Lost Time. This won't be another spinoff, I have another in the works that is such.
