The semester is wrapping up, about to end my second year at college...
Got Finals to do, and stuff to finish....
All the while, going completely nuts in the process.
Well, maybe not completely, but I've found myself in a conversation with me, myself, and I much more often in the recent weeks.
So many things, so many...
I'm sending out a head's-up for RNB. If you see in your inbox/notifications that it has updated, it's not. It's not a new chapter; it's simply me going through it and cleaning up what's there.
Once summer hits, however, I'm going to get back into writing on RNB and on possibly new story ideas. In the meanwhile, though, I've got what is supposed to be part of Chapter 8 complete. However, it's not the flesh of the chapter.
It only accounts for roughly 1,000 words. Even shorter than the first chapter.
I'm calling it an Interlude. Or maybe Chapter 8-minus-½. I don't know.
( Because, you know, 8 - ½ is 7½. But it's not a part of Ch 7, it's a part of Ch 8. Or something like that. Go bonkers trying to figure that one out. )
For the other story ideas, I'd be more than grateful if any of you had ideas. I'd be willing to give a few a try. The two things I'm hardly prepared to write are romance and clop. So, please, no suggestions for that..... yet...
Also. My computer may finally be dying. After two years.
You might be saying, "well, that's not long," but it's been running overclocked for those two years; I pushed this damn thing HARD. And it's now starting to suffer because of it.
So, I might have to look at getting a new one... the one I have was roughly $620, for the tower and monitor.
I'm looking for something similar, with similar specs ( 4 GB RAM, 750 GB hard drive space ). If you have any suggestions, please, I'm all ears. And hooves.
And, if I get lucky, I may have a job over the summer. That may bite into my writing time... a lot... but hey. Money's money. And I'm flat-out broke.
Well, that's all I have to say for now...
