Pony fiction: "Curses, I forgot there was a thunderstorm scheduled right now."

Human fiction: "It's a 6 hour drive, or a 1 hour flight."
Pony fiction: "It's a 6 hour flight, or we can take Twilight-Train."

Human fiction: "The mailman lost my mail."
Pony fiction: "The dragon burnt my mail."
(Thankfully the Derpy variant is rather rare.)

Human fiction: "I have friends with money and influence."
Pony fiction: "I have friends with wings and a horn."
