Some sort of progress... - Important Updates

By now, chances are, that you've all probably forgotten about 'Patience is a Virtue' and 'Action and Happiness' but for anyone that took an interest in them and does remember them, I apologise profusely. I was aware when I started writing them that they would be (somewhat) large projects and at the time it wasn't really viable for me due to some personal things which are still ongoing. I started writing them anyway and ended up abandoning them after my return to school, lacking both time and motivation to continue them.
So, I apologise. I know that it's not the best feeling to have to wait months to know where a story is going and I'm aware that most have likely lost interest but I'm not giving up on them. I am however, simplifying them.
Important changes:
Firstly, 'Action and Happiness' is now a single chapter story with just Applejack's message to her sister. I have removed the second chapter because it was badly written and frankly, I am neither equipped to write, or interested in writing action sequences. I cannot do it. I don't know how to and yes, that bothers me but I have accepted that fact. I have realised that I am the kind of writer who specialises in the more pyschological/emotional aspect of things. It is my favourite kind of writing, and reading too for that matter.
And yes, I did in fact just call myself a writer though I constantly state I'm not one. I can be a hypocrite if I want.
Secondly, 'Patience is a Virtue' is now the main focus of the story. It will follow Rarity through her emotional conflicts in all the events surrounding the story, largely focusing on the impact of Applejack's, Fluttershy's, Pinkie's and Luna's situations. I say situations for anybody who hasn't yet read them to avoid spoiling anything.
It isn't going to be incredibly long. At least, I'm going to attempt to not make it too long.
And now, regarding my other two fics, 'Honey' and 'The Station'...
'Honey' is something that I write when an idea strikes me and I have time. I have a part of a chapter written for it though I'm not entirely certain where it's going just yet.
'The Station' is also, surprisingly, not going to be too terribly long. The premise may make it seem like it needs to be but I'm hoping that, with what I've got planned that it won't be necessary. Also, to reiterate, there will be NO guns blazing and battle scenes. None. Anywhere. At all. It's not a story about AJ kicking flank just because she can because in this story that's not at all who she is and it's not what the story is about. I've had some people questioning what happened to the nice, calm story shown in chapter one and I mean it when I say, it's not going to descend into runaway trains, explosions and tragic death scenes but I wanted some huge obstacle for AJ to have to face.
Plus, Chief Thunderhooves and Little Strongheart are entirely too underused and I wanted to write them.
It's really as simple as that.

I also deleted 'Chicken Scratch'... because I wasn't adding to it and it was just sitting there and being... rubbish.

Alright. I think that's about it.
Oh and by the way, if you ever want to nag me about new chapters and such then you're better off doing that over on my DA (the links on my profile); I'm over there a lot more often than I'm on here. Besides, you'll probably be doing me a favour if you nag me. Sometimes I need a kick up the ass to get going on things.
