Happy birthday FIM, well I have to say ever since I became a part of this fandom I have been loving it! Whether the music, the actual episodes or reading fanfics and in the process meeting all of you guys! All in all I wouldn't even know what the hell I'd be doing at this point in my life if I wasn't into MLP, probably still reading manga and watching anime xP Which I really need to get back into but you know (holds up various fanfics) been busy xD
Anyway hot damn tell me what where you guys doing before MLP came along? I'm genuinely curious. :)
For myself I stated before I was (still am) a big otaku I loved all kinds of manga as well as anime and not just that but the Japanese culture and even learned a bit of the japanese language (written language is another story xD)
other then that I'm generally a gamer as well (who isn't right?) and I'm an avid RPer been RPing Genesis Rhapsodos for around six soon to be seven full years. ^^
So creating and writing stories with other characters is something I love to do as well as pretty good at to what people comment about it. ^^
Anything else isn't really worth mentioning. xD
I was just staring creepily at people in my classes, being the silent one who everyone thinks is a GEINUS by default because she's British and quiet... Played a fair few RPGs... And just read...I was almost out of new books in my city library
Tch, thats the thing with teachers or school in general, if you're a good quiet student who doesn't misbehave in class they assume they must be smart, (made my life harder as they would make the work harder for me -.-)
RPGs are pretty good depending on which ones of course ^^

Yeah pretty big reader myself always loved fantasy novels or some form of romance, as well as scifi.
For nonfiction though I've been getting really interested in things like Aura reading, the third eye, channeling inner energy, astral projection and the like. Always was a big fan of history as well ^^
I was suicidal. Nothing else to say. Mlp helped me through that. I also gamed... LOTS. Nothing els in my life was compared. I hated everyone. Now, I still game, just not so a@$holely. I also can respect myself, and see the good. And I probably wouldn't be writing this right now if I had never been a brony. I also discovered that writing REEEEAAALLLYYY helps with emotions. Also, Japanese is such an awesome language. Have a good day.
