Moley hoses, it has been nearly five months since I have been here. I am so sorry to all of my followers and anyone else who might have been keeping tabs on me. I didn't die, just kind of got consumed by life and big changes. Gosh, I will be surprised if anyone is still following me after departing and staying silent for so long. But for those of you who have stuck around, let me update you on my life and what has been keeping me away from all of you lovely people with your shining happy faces!
1. The Harbinger Project ~ I know I spouted off enough about this before I left that most of you will know what I am talking about, but for those who don't let me explain....take too long...let me sum up. My fic "Harbinger" is being made into an episodic more-than-a-dramatic-reading thing for YouTube. Slick Dash and myself are putting this thing together. It's narrative with almost twenty different VAs doing the voices, D-Pad the Brony Inquisitor is helping us with lots of stuff including but not limited to new original music and art. It's an enormous project and has been consuming a lot of my time and energy, thus the lack of story updates or any updates at all, really.
2. Summer ~ I traveled a lot this summer and that kind of ate up good chunks of time as well. Twice to Texas, once to Louisiana, I was in New York for a weekend...it's just been insane.
3. Moving! Some of you know I live in New Hampshire but only a very small fraction of you - mainly my Harbinger cast who follow me here and maybe two others - know I am moving to Texas. In less than a week if all things go as planned! AND I'M DRIVING THE ENTIRE WAY BY MYSELF! It's a huge change with enormous amounts of stress and financial burden and my brain has wanted to do anything BUT write. Once in Texas I will be staying with friends who have a 7-year old who is homeschooled and a 2-year-old, plus one on the way so writing time will be very limited. I hope not to stay with them for too long for many different reasons, but that is definitely a driving force behind getting me out on my own as soon as possible.
That being said, I definitely have things in the works that I am crazy excited about and I hope to get you all excited about them as well. Let me share them with you, shall I?
* Harbinger Rising ~ You'll notice I have removed this story and that is because it has undergone a few big changes. In outlining the entire thing I realized there were some subjects I should have addressed right away but did not, and so it needed tweaking. So that has been taken down and is slowly being worked on. Because so many people wanted a sequel and I have already heard from half my cast that if we ever record the sequel they definitely want to come back. Which is ridiculously inspiring and motivating.
* An Uncharmed Life ~ This is a FlutterMac chapter fic. Not a super sad one but definitely not fluff, either. I go more into the history of my favorite ship and explore a future that could have been. It's more slice of life, but a real look at life and how no one, not even the most well put together person (or pony) has the perfect life.
* Friendship is Magic: Origins ~ This will be a chapter fic, but one that will allow each chapter to stand on its own. One chapter will be dedicated to one pony, going into their history and how they ended up where they are. Small threads will tie some of them together but it's not a huge, "ZOMG, I have to find out what happens NEXT!!!!11!!!!" kind of thing. More just playing with my headcanon for the mane six and some background ponies.
* The Owl and The Sparrow ~ This is a LuckySparkle fic. I know, I love to ship the ships no one ships. Another slice of life one but this one will be sweeter and a bit lighter than the FlutterMac one.
* The Doctor and The Scribe ~ I had an ask blog for Scribes (my OC) for awhile and discovered she has a huge crush on Doctor Whooves. While I used to be a dieheard Derpy/Doctor shipper I really love the idea of Scribes with him too, so I'm going to try and write something for them. This is the only story just in my head and with no outline or any writing done yet. All the others have a frame and a foundation.
*clears throat* And that's what I did on my summer vacation. What about you?

wow. I have to say that fluttermac is my fav too, and can't wait for that fic!!! That's a big summer....I went to colorado and michigan which is huge if you're leaving from tennessee so yeah. But I think you win on craziest summer.
