And it only took me four and a half freaking months. I've finally got Chapter 18 of Reforging a Broken Blade uploaded. It's the first new chapter since May. I'm terribly sorry for that, by the way. Anyway, I'm pretty happy with this particular chapter. I got to write more about the psychological aspects of the story than in previous chapters. I'm beginning to wrap the story up. Chapter 20 or 21 will probably be the end, but then I'll be working on my next planned story - "Lost Laughs." Ever wondered what happened to Pinkie Pie and why she isn't in Reforging? Well, Lost Laughs is going to be that story. I'm hoping to have that started sometime in October, but it's the last semester of my undergraduate degree; I never know how much spare time I'll have from one day to the next. Thanks for sticking with the story this long, and if you're just recently started reading, I hope you've enjoyed it!
Are you going to be continuing this story ,or has it just not been updated because school, work, and other personal problems been taking up your time?
Ha, ironic that today is when you comment on that. It has, I'm sorry to say, been school that's kept me from writing; I've been doing my student teaching to get my teaching license, and you cannot IMAGINE how time consuming lesson planning and grading is when you've never done it before. Seriously, it's mentally EXHAUSTING. My last day teaching is Wednesday, though, and I graduate on May 11, so my plan is to finish the story soon. I've got some other story ideas that I'd like to work on, too. I'm surprised anyone is even paying any attention to this. =P
