First blog post and first story announcements

Hello everyone!
Alright this is the first time for me to be posting something on my FIMFiction account and I have news of a couple of plot bunnies that have been running around in my head that I have been trying to get on paper while working full time and going to school. It will still be a bit before they get posted, but I am hoping to have at least one of them up in the next month or so.

Anywho, these are the premises for both the stories, keep in mind how ever that I have yet to come up with a final title for either one of them.

1. Of Magic and Steel(Working Title. May change.)
A human is killed in the opening strike of a nuclear war. However he is sent to a new world with skills from many other worlds to the land of Equestria. What kind of future can this former warrior make in this peaceful world? ANTHRO, HiE

2. Untitled as of yet, open to decent suggestions
After suffering a severe head injury while deployed to Iraq, a young man finds himself in a curious situation when a new presence appears in his head.
Banished into the Æther by Discord, Twilight Sparkle finds herself in a strange and violent world where she is trapped inside the head of a young warrior.
ANTHRO, HiE(in a kinda, sorta, round-about way)

So, let me know if these seem like good ideas and If you all can think of any titles.
Also, I could use a proof-reader, so let me know if you have the time to look over my chapters before they get posted.
