I'm sorry.
I'm not a guy who believes in excuses, especially when there really isn't any excuse in the first place. I really don't know what's been going on or why the next chapter, or even the first few chapters of the prequel are taking so long to produce. I just can't seem to find the free time to sit down, the creativity to come up with something satisfactory, and a means to put those thoughts onto paper. Especially since my laptop doesn't seem to want to save anything I write...
As such, I'm sorry to say that it might be a little bit longer until the next chapter is out, probably until I save up enough money to get a replacement laptop or desktop.
...I really hate excuses and I'm not very happy with myself right now so, again, I'm sorry.
If your laptop is hating you and refusing to save, you could use google docs to store the chapter online. Of course, that does not solve the other problems, but a partial solution is better than no solution.
At least I just come out and say I'm lazy.

I bought the internals as well, gave them to my brother and he put it together. I still have no idea what anything is or does, all I know is that it does not seem to like my TV as a monitor and all that other fun stuff...
