1: Oh boy! They're doing PoE! Originality!</sarcasm> And it's... worse than the average PoE I've read.
2: Twilight Sparkle is a moron.
2a: you have a talking dog. Use him.
2b: you know they have the crown. You have a portal that goes back to Equestria. Send through a note saying 'send through the fake crown'. Minutes later, receive fake crown. Bring to Luna, say that you found this one and you had a similar one which went missing. Make the swap. Or at least try. It's not like you need the fake.
2c: Does it look like anyone else is grabbing things with their mouths? Heck, for dinner, use strategy in 2b, only 'send dinner plz. Hungry.'
2d: You're in a library, and using books is the last thing you try, because... shiny?
2e: Fingers! You've been using fingers for how many hours and you forgot about them?
3: The chase scene towards the end is weak
3a: Twilight Sparkle is able to cross the entire auditorium in like 1 second?
3b: Rainbow Dash (and to a lesser extent AJ) don't outpace the rest of the gang while trying to catch up with Twilight Sparkle
3c: Scott Pilgrim Flash Sentry doesn't follow
3d: No one else follows
3e: Twilight Sparkle didn't hand the crown to, say, AJ, or even Princ(mumblemumble) Celestia, saying, "Keep this totally absolutely safe." before chasing Snips and Snails and Sunset Shimmer
3f: Snips and/or Snails didn't just stop and ambush her after a turn, grab the crown and take it to Sunset Shimmer

5: The rest of the above scene basically only works under chess rules - one person on each side gets to move at a time. I can't see Sunset Shimmer getting a free tackle in on Twilight Sparkle at all, let alone their slow reaching for the crown being at a relevant speed compared to AJ, RD, or PP.
I just stopped after that scene because I thought, "She should have just won. In my head, she did. No need to go any further."
