Now I have noted something rather aggravating about my own story. It is something I wish to fix. For the moment however I am unable to fix this problem so I turn to my fans and any artist out their who want to help me out.
The problem is I have been lax in handing out a description of Soral. I believe the most I have given is that he is mint green in coat color, he is a unicorn, and that he has a medium-long-ish mane. That isn't much to go by. Worse yet I have been purposely avoiding talking about him because I can't draw a pony to my satisfaction yet. An artists harshest critic is themselves after all. So I caved and cobbled together an idea of what he looks like in the pony creator. It is not exactly how I envisioned him but it is the best I could come up with at the moment.
Now I tried to keep it accurate to the story, I know I commented in some chapter somewhere about how Soral looked but for the life of me I can't find it. This leads me to believe that it didn't make the final cut. So as it stand Soral's appearance is still rather vague. I am thinking about a chapter with Rarity to give more detail.
As it stands however I would like your opinions. How do you envision Soral? What do you think his most common expression is, how he should look, any other special traits about him? I will be trying to draw up a proper image at some point unless someone responds to this with a picture I like. However little details from you guys would certainly help me craft his final image.
It does make me think of the character Soral, but maybe a shade lighter sea foam and a shade or two lighter for the mane and tail. He also almost always has a scowl on when I imagine him being stuck as a foal X3 Otherwise, it's awesome. :D
