Why I am so slow with updating right now. · 9:10pm Sep 2nd, 2013
As most people who follow my fics have noticed by now, it's been over a week with no updates. Unfortunately, a lot has happened last week. First of all, my grandma died. With the funeral and everything I've been quite busy, and with my grandpa having died only 6 weeks ago as well, it meant that their apartment had to be cleared out. (Landlords seriously got no empathy, and just want to rent their stuff out as fast as possible again :/). Basically, I was busy clearing out their stuff with my family, but that took almost all week. When I came home it was already past 7 PM, and I just wasn't in the mood to write then, after working my ass off all day.
Adding to that, one of my cats is really ill, and might die soon as well. I'm taking that quite badly, as my cats mean the world to me. I wouldn't say I'm depressed by it all, but I'm somewhat close to that.
Meaning that I basically got zero motivation at the moment to write. I'm not giving up at all though, and will continue both Trixing Switch and Heartstrings, Sweetie Drops and you. I was nearly done with Trixing Switch chapter 9 before my grandma passed away, and the second chapter of Heartstrings, Sweetie Drops and you is halfway done too. I just need another week to calm down and deal with this stuff, and then I'm right back to writing.
