Question: Can School Daze change its rating? Really its bugging me so hard... Any comments are appreciated since I sent this to the three people who favorited this.

Because while it seemed to get ripped on for reasons of plot durr sucksage I hates fics that are about school shootings (I hate school shootings too. Why would anybody like that stuff?) why you messing with my ponise>!!!!??? Or something like that cause people just like to glance at a fic and downvote because of the paragraph that I provided. Putting it out there I suck at writing paragraph descriptions of my stories. It almost sucks the fun out of writing for me.

Rant and derping aside.

I really am unsure with the rating and I have been since the beginning. To me, I see things worse than most mature stories. I really can't tell if it should be teen or mature. What makes me have a doubt on the rating is that I put the sex and gore tags in fear of being told that it was going to fail moderation. I am super duper crazy paranoid about this shit. I mean really really paranoid.

Also doesn't help that I write when completely trashed or had the idea a really really long time ago. Or came up with the idea while I was on heavy drugs. (Medical reasons/ first semester of college kicked my view of life on its rear.)

But yeah I read a lot of mature stories on here and I am unsure that it needs a mature tag because of gore. Cupcakes, while making me chuckle like a psychopath deserves that, mine doesn't to me. I mean I glance over most of the details. Here's the thing (and I hit this a little in the story.) I see movies and tv shows that are barely passable and yet they get a pg 13 rating. Should I edit the story to not have as many swears? I mean for some reason I love the story but I feel that to be seen at any moment you have to conform or die to get views? A Mature story? 90% clopfics. A teen story 50% boring romances. Everyone story? A cute sappy story about the happy unreality of talking ponies.

Yeah a story where a coldly detached insane Babs rants about the cruel reality and crushing irony of life while preaching about nonconformity while holding a gun to her classmates? Kill it with fire. Example of one of the mature fics I forced myself to read's summarized description: Male human transforms into a female pony. Sent to Genderbent Equestria. Meets Dusk Shine, meets Bubble Berry. Bubble Berry tricks the character into eating super tasty cookies with a special ingredient (his sperm) and force feeds/ rapes the main character. And that was chapter 1 or 2. Sue me, its been more than three weeks since I read that.

And what was the reaction? General like and shouts of MOAR! Sometimes I think our fandom is kinda nuts with the clopfics. So as that and other examples show I don't think the rating is adequate. I just don't know why and its bugging me. The sex in it is iffy. The language I could change. The gore is iffy as well. The drug references kill it. I have no clue cause I am gonna add marijuana and other drugs in here. (The high conversations will be somewhat recreations of my own experiences.)

Any suggestions?/ Do you want to see more King fics put to my adapting pen? (Nah, really I have like a boatload of his works. I got a comment from my mom about my strange obsession with the macabre and as she puts it. 'weird creepy things that I only buy cause you like horror. (Side Note: I could talk about sci fi, horror, and either magical girl or giant mecha anime all day long. Nerd powers unite. Can I say that Captain Planet is my favorite superhero? Cause that end theme song is boss.)
