It's only 10 in the morning, and I have two classes left, but I can already say this sucks. I'm probably going to have to quit, do to my lack of funds. Can't get any help either. Dammit I told him I wasn't ready, but no, I couldn't just wait a semester and make some money first.

Definitely keep above the twelve credits mark. My earlier semesters usually got around twenty; sometimes, they were so high, I had to get approval to take so many credit hours that semester.
Nowadays, it's only around fourteen.
