Alright, so, my one friend is getting some annoying comments on his fic. Seems people find stories that have OC characters unappealing. .-. Why that IS, I dunno. This one person even went so far as to make a very detailed list of why they didn't like his fic.
Let me just say this now: I APPROVE of giving advice. I do NOT approve of saying stuff like "I don't like this, you did this and this and this and this wrong". Um... COULD YOU PERHAPS TELL ME WHAT GIVES YOU THE AUTHORITY TO TELL ME WHAT I DID WRONG? o.e I mean, seriously guys. Not everyone has your tastes. Not everyone likes the same styles of writing. I personally LOVE the fic in question, and I find these things listed as wrong in the fic as blatant insults.
Sorry, just needed to rant. ^^
