Okay, in a state of destructive writers block and mostly declined interest I'm sorry to say I will not be continuing A Love For Madness from the looks of things, but not wanting to leave you all in the dark I'm going to describe everything that was going to happen after this point in my Cadance-centered 5s fic "A Love For Madness" that I'd had planned. I haven't had a fanfiction.net account in years, so I emailed the site they're on a copyright notice so the site can do something about it, providing links to my stories and this post as proof of me being the real author. Hopefully that'll work.
This person's got quite a few stories, I can't help but wonder how many others may have been stolen. It's almost funny how I wouldn't expect my stories to be worth stealing honestly

Yeah, I saw he was also stealing my Series as well. I sent the site a copyright complaint, time will tell if they get back to me and resolve it. If not I may also alert FIM fiction staff and see if they can be more persuasive about it

I encourage as well that if any of them are yours, you file a complaint to the site's staff, showing the original copy so they confirm that they are yours, and also post on your blog, or if they aren't yours, notify the people whose stories they belong to and show them the links and encourage they make report/complaints to FF.N's staff as well

As you noted, he has several others posted; I'll be going through the six not yet matched and seeing if I can find original postings on those as well.
I do hope that this is resolved quickly for you. It's always disheartening when this happens.

I've yet to hear back, I think I may have missed a detail or something in how to file the complaint but I hope all the links to my stories and to this blog post(as to confirm I'm the real writer and have become aware of the theft, as well as so he cannot pretend he's me) will be evidence enough as well for them to look into.

You weren't the only one stolen from, so I doubt that there's going to be a question there. However, if he does claim he's you, that falls under identity theft. As he's in the US, that is then reportable to the FBI.
It does take Xing's people (if there is in fact more than Xing working at a given time) a bit to respond. The last DMCA takedown he received that I tracked took him two days to process. So as long as you sent it to copyright@fanfiction.com, all should be on its way to being processed.

One of them had defunct e-mails with their listings, and since they were on a private archive, I was unable to leave any type of profile message. One of the other authors works for Disney, whose only response to me, ever, is "thank you for letting us know" etc ad infinitum.
