Idea Floating, But Will It be any Good? · 12:49am Aug 18th, 2013
Since I categorized "Pie Hard" into "In Hiatus", I've had this OTHER idea for a fanfic based on a Bruce Willis movie. But, I Should ask if it sounds any good.
The Movie I plan to adapt is 1998's "Armageddon".
What it is is a combination of a ponifed rewrite and a prequel of sorts, answering the question,
"How Did Applejack's Parents Die?"
Naturally, There is gonna be SOME issues with this concept,
For Example, What kind of skill would Apple Farmers have on destroying an asteroid?
How would these ponies get to said asteroid?
If I were to use a rocket, Would It Be Steampunk?
If I were to use a Cannon, Would they be placed in a capsule?
Do I throw in the romance?
I Just Don't Know!
I would like to ask your opinion for answers to these questions, and that will get this project off the ground.
Think of it like a Kickstarter though instead of giving money, you give me opinions.
Once I get my bearings together, I shall start on the first chapter and continue work on this throughout the...general period of time.
