Good day to you all, my fellow bronies!
Progress on the followup story to Mind Over Might is coming along nicely, most of the time I think of great story ideas when I'm driving, eating, or otherwise unable to write at the moment.
In related news, I have an expected date of release for the first chapter; it's probably going to be in mid-September. For Mind Over Might, I wrote the whole story, and didn't publish chapter one until the whole fanfic was complete. Then I just uploaded another chapter every few days. With the prequel, I intend to do things differently. I'll write a chapter, and when it's ready I'll upload it and start work on the next one. While this is a less predictable schedule, I won't end up limiting myself to how much I write for the prequel, and can keep it going longer if the reception is good enough and if I want to keep writing. That's where you come in; the more people who read, comment, upvote, and favorite the story, the more I will write for it.
Lastly, I've named the story. In the next 4-6 weeks, I will be publishing the first installment of the Mind Over Might prequel/followup. And it will be called: By Fear and Fire.
