Old Friends and A Safe Haven (Blog of Wisdom) · 8:53pm Jul 15th, 2013
Well, Hello there everypony, this is PONYBUG24, here to talk about the one thing that you don't want on your page, creepers. Believe me, I think that I might have one, her name is Lillith, and I have no idea how she found me. She is obsessed with Pinkamina, which scares me, and her mannerisms remind me of my old friend Elizabeth, who lives in Cleveland. Come to think of it, it might just be her, posing as a pony. Could she be using this profile to check up on me? In that case, I could drop the creeper status, and just change it to a very old friend. She messaged me back and said that she is a very old friend who used to live in Birmingham, but now she lives in Cleveland. She even used a rhyme we used to say. Now I know that its my Elizabeth, I just never knew that she was into pony's. Now that that is out of the way, let me get up on my soapbox and tell you about a kids program that I am working with at my church for children with special needs. It is called Highlands Haven, and it is for kids with disabilities. Yesterday was the first Sunday that my mom and I worked the Haven at our campus, and there were only two kids there. It's a great thing, because the higher functioning children get to go to the clubhouse and worship with all of the rest of the kids. That way, they get to feel as normal as possible. When they have had enough of the worship experience, we take them back to the Haven room. To tell you the truth, this wasn't my first rodeo. I had worked with Highlands Haven at the main campus over at Grants Mill. There were more kids there, and their disabilities were more severe. I hope that sharing this experience with you will make me seem more down to earth. So go home and tell your friends and family about the Haven, because God has a place for all of his children.
