Payroll went through and my special somepony/fiance should be off work before Pho closes. even if he doesn't have the cash on him right away, I can still cover it and have him pay me back later.
The Brief Research was fun. The option was to write about a controversial political/legal issue and explain both sides. I chose mine on whether foster care was the fairy tale happy ending a lot of people think it is. I explained how the Ward of the State title affects the youth in a negative way, often making it a worse fate than the home they were taken from.
(Ward of the State is when the human rights of the person are taken and given to a case worker in charge. For example, someone who is a ward loses basic freedom of speech because it has to be represented by someone else, putting them at risk to not get help they may need or could be taken advantage of knowing that they don't have the right to speak for themselves in court or in any other legal form.)
It was fun! I times myself and it took 55 minutes from start to submission! This is why I think my cutie mark would have something to do with writing if I was a pony XD. Last time, I spent 40 minutes on a research paper and got a 96% on it, so I'm sure I'll do just as well with this one. I guess that's why a lot of my friends nickname me as Twilight (aside from my panicing like she did in Episode Zero over silly little things ^^'...).
Anyway, time to see if I can't work on the other part of My Dearest Brother now!
