The philosopher

I saw a rainboom and smiled! And that's how Equestria was made! Maybe someday I'll tell you about my bio.

So I haven't been all that active on this site recently...

That's because of school. Junior year has just started for me and it's rather challenging, like really challenging. Like, "free-time? lol wtf is that?" challenging.

...Alright. I've been screwing around too. Sue me.

My Brain Asks the Stupidest Questions Sometimes

Take earlier today. Went in an airplane, and as it continued to climb into the sky the city below shrunk to smaller and smaller proportions. Seeing the city reduced to something that could fit in your hand is... It's just surreal. And it made me wonder....

    So Happy 4th people

I was sitting on the golf course tonight with my family to watch some fireworks from the local highschool. We had to be careful of course for the sprinklers, of course, carefully placing ourselves in the blind spots.

Of course, as soon as we're comfortable, the sprinklers to hit those blinds spots go off. So everyone makes a break for the hills XD until we're finally safe.

    More sprinklers!

    A novel seems really intimidating

I hate writer's block (who doesn't), and it seems to strike at its worse in multi-chaptered stories or me. I think it because of my impatient nature, makes pacing the story challenging for me.

A novel seems really intimidating · 6:41am Jul 4th, 2013

I hate writer's block (who doesn't), and it seems to strike at its worse in multi-chaptered stories or me. I think it because of my impatient nature, makes pacing the story challenging for me.

So, I've decided I'll write a short story, but one with multiple chapters. A novella, if you will. I have an idea, and I'm pretty confident about it, but I'm not gonna say what it is because I notice that I usually say "oh, I'll write this," then later say, "gee, this was harder than I thought, so I'll do this instead." Hell, sometimes I'll even say, "Hey guys, I did the first idea after all!"

So no promises this time. I'm writing a novella, that is all I can be sure of.

Best of luck! You can do it! :ajsmug:

1186924 thank you! :pinkiehappy: I'll give it my best shot :rainbowdetermined2:

Same thing for me really.. taking on something that's a really good idea, get some chapters done, only to realize it might be too much. That's why I've put When Angels Call(which you're the only person to fave, actually.) on hiatus. I've sort of dug myself down too deep, and can't seem to find a way to get back and finish the story in the way I want to.

Dug a hole, jumped down and now I can't get up or reach the damn shovel again :twilightsheepish:

If you haven't noticed, novels are what I generally write :rainbowlaugh:

Just take your time and go at your own pace.
