So, I have a small team that will help me with my videogame sequel One is Gold, but we are completely short of an artist.
But yesterday, at the podiatrist's office, I sat next to this guy gleefully doodling in his notebook. He said his work associates (this guy works for Pixar) had gotten him interested in drawing over the past year. He wasn't at a professional level, but clearly better than anything I could draw. I told him my art was writing, and am currently working on a piece of long-form fiction (fantasy, I told him when he asked; I still haven't mentioned anything about Pony yet) that I hope to follow up with a videogame in the future, but still needed an artist.
He also mentioned he was especially interested in drawing for videogames.
WELL, then...
He gave me his card, and I hope to contact him soon. The project itself will have to wait, but I must first introduce him to Pony. I'll bet he'll be pleased to have a new subject to draw, but this situation must still be handled with grace and tact (Celestia be with me...).
