Update Malfunction

Yesterday I was getting For Want of a Mask ready to update today, when I accidentally hit the "publish" button instead of the "edit" button before I'd actually written anything. So not only did that cause confusion on my watcher's updated fics list, it apparently stopped the story from making it on the Latest Updates box on the front page when I actually did update it this afternoon, since a story can only be on there once every 24 hours. So I've gotten pretty much no feedback at all. And I'm actually kind of proud of how I'm handling such an odd premise, too...
