First Weekly Word Quota (a chance for you all to hurt me emotionally)

As you may remember, I was planning on taking suggestions from you guys as to how many words I should write in a week. Seeing as I have an entire week of vacation coming up, I figure I should start now! My book (not Into the Fire) is primed and ready to be worked on, so don't be too easy on me! Also, suggest some sort of punishment for me in case I don't get my work done as an extra incentive.

Well, it's Sunday. I was going to post this on Friday like normal, but... I guess I was hoping to make some progress this weekend. So much for that!
