I'm having trouble keeping my sleep schedule in check. I go to sleep in the early morning, and wake up around noon. I have tried so much to fix this, but so far nothing is working.
Then my doc told me about sleep hygiene. Basically, it's where you take all the stuff you would do in your bed (gaming, watching TV, reading, writing, etc.) and do it outside of your room. When you would begin to sleep, your body would recognize your bed not as a daily work station, but as a place of rest.
It sounds interesting, so hopefully I can fix my REM cycles with this.
