You ever realize you've taken on way too many projects for your own good? That's me right now.
I apologize for taking so long to get my next story out, but as I've said, I want at least three chapters written, edited and ready to go before I publish. As of this post I'm nearly finished with chapter 2, so with some luck it won't be too much longer. Again, my lips are sealed on the details of the story, but I can reveal this much: the title is The End of All That Was, and it will be tagged Tragedy/Sad, and possibly Dark as well. I'll warn my readers now: this story is gonna be a pretty big departure from my previous works thus far; where the others have been light, episode-style oneshots, this is gonna be eight chapters of sads.
Work on chapter 2 has been slow for a number of reasons; writer's block, resolving pacing issues, and the demands of other projects foremost among them. I've kinda got a lot on my authorial plate right now, since in addition to writing stories about cartoon ponies, I've also recently started DM'ing a tabletop RPG campaign, which is a pretty new experience for me. On top of that, I'm also trying to keep up a sort of "Adventure Log", a dramatic retelling of the shenanigans my players get up to. The plus side of this is that I'm at least getting a lot of experience writing, and more experience is never a bad thing.
TL;DR: Work continues, new story will be out shortly.
