How'd you like to be a redshirt?

How would you like to die horribly—I mean, appear in an episode of 'Worlds Beyond'?

I'm looking for folks to submit designs for background ponies to be used whenever I need a random pony to do or say something. Now, I'm not asking for a five-paragraph treatment complete with illustrations by three different artists or anything. I just want a species (earth pony, unicorn, or pegasus—anything more uncommon, I'll make myself), a gender, a mane and coat color, and a cutie mark. You can give your submission a name if you like, but odds are it won't get used; these are ponies who are there to deliver a single line at most. That said, I will acknowledge you as the creator of said background pony when I publish the relevant chapter, so you can tell your friends that you're the one who's getting strangled by the carnivorous vines or what have you.

Your submission is more likely to be used if you could see it appearing on the show and not give it a second glance. (So I'm not really looking for any jet black ponies with blood red manes.) Beyond that, submissions will be selected at random courtesy of Random.org. I look forward to your ponies!
