Equine Art Trade group needs more artists · 5:03am May 1st, 2013
I'm still whipping the next chapters into shape.
In the meantime, an Equine art exchange group centered on LiveJournal and DeviantArt needs more artists.
The Equine Art Exchange has asked members such as myself to put out the word we need more artists who want to practice drawing ponies or other equines, and signups are going on right now through the 2nd.
If you participate, you get one month to do art of the character who' description will be sent to you by email. In return, You will get art of your equine character done by one of the other artists in the same timeframe. The pic or the link to it will be posted to the group in Livejournal.

The Equine Exchange on deviantART is a group for the members, participants and contributors to the EquineXchange Community on Livejournal. Members enter monthly secret-santa style art trades with the aim of sharing ideas, creations and friendships.
Joining this group
To join the group, simply click the join button! Let me know your LJ Username as you join. Membership is open to anyone, but is intended for those who are a member of the community on LJ
How to join a round
Exchange rounds are hosted on Livejournal, a free blogging website which includes communities. EquineXchange is such a community.
Create a free livejournal account at livejournal.com, then at the Community homepage, click 'join community' at the top of the page. Sign-ups are posted a week before the end of the month and are open to all who don't have art outstanding. Emails are sent to the signees on the 1st or 2nd of the month. You can then post your art as a journal entry to the community, before the end of the month.
How to upload your art!
Submissions should only be those contributed to the EquineXchange through participation or adoptions.
Submissions to all galleries but Featured are open to all members, so you can easily add previous submissions to the appropriate folders (i.e. 2009, 2008 and older etc). Submissions in the Featured folder are restricted, and I will allow one or two per member. Submit your best work here!
